1. 基本方針
ShortEXIF（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、写真と撮影情報を端末内で扱う設計です。
2. 取り扱う情報
本アプリは、利用者がiOS、iPadOSまたはmacOSの写真選択画面で明示的に選んだ写真と、その写真に含まれるEXIFメタデータを読み込みます。これには、カメラ名、レンズ名、焦点距離、シャッタースピード、ISO感度、F値などが含まれる場合があります。
3. データの収集・送信
本アプリは、個人情報、写真、EXIFメタデータ、生成動画を開発者のサーバーへ収集または送信しません。アカウント機能、広告、ユーザー追跡は使用していません。
4. アプリ内購入
ShortEXIF Proの購入にはAppleのアプリ内課金を使用します。購入権利の確認と復元のため、RevenueCat, Inc.が匿名のApp User IDと購入履歴を処理します。本アプリはRevenueCatへ氏名、メールアドレス、写真、EXIFメタデータ、生成動画を送信しません。RevenueCatの取り扱いについては、同社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
5. 端末内での処理と共有
EXIFの読み取りと動画生成は端末内で行われます。生成した動画は、利用者がシステムの共有画面で保存先または共有先を明示的に選んだ場合にのみ、その選択先へ渡されます。共有先のサービスには、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
6. 写真へのアクセス
本アプリはAppleのシステム写真選択機能を使用し、利用者が選択した項目のみを受け取ります。選択していない写真ライブラリ全体を本アプリが閲覧するものではありません。
7. ポリシーの変更
機能や法令の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたはアプリの更新情報でお知らせします。

1. Overview
ShortEXIF (“the App”) is designed to respect your privacy and process photos and camera metadata on your device.
2. Information the App Handles
The App reads only photos you explicitly select through the iOS, iPadOS, or macOS system photo picker and any EXIF metadata embedded in those photos. This may include camera model, lens, focal length, shutter speed, ISO, and aperture.
3. Collection and Transmission
The App does not collect or transmit personal information, photos, EXIF metadata, or exported videos to the developer's servers. It has no accounts, advertisements, or user tracking.
4. In-App Purchases
ShortEXIF Pro uses Apple In-App Purchase. RevenueCat, Inc. processes an anonymous App User ID and purchase history to verify and restore entitlements. The App does not send your name, email address, photos, EXIF metadata, or exported videos to RevenueCat. Please refer to RevenueCat's privacy policy for details about its processing.
5. On-device Processing and Sharing
EXIF reading and video creation occur on your device. An exported video is passed to another destination only when you explicitly choose that destination in the system share sheet. The destination service's own privacy policy then applies.
6. Photo Access
The App uses Apple's system photo picker and receives only the items you select. It does not browse unselected items in your photo library.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated when features or legal requirements change. Material updates will be communicated on this page or in the App's release notes.
